Yard hours: Monday to Friday, 8am to 4pm.
You get the full 40 feet of length plus an extra foot of height over a standard container, about 320 square feet with noticeably more headroom. That combination is why it is the top pick for large-scale storage and for anyone turning a container into a workshop, office, or living space. We sell them new and used, in standard, double door, and open side, all wind and watertight and backed by our lifetime leak-free warranty.

Dimensions are approximate and vary slightly by unit.
The added height leaves real headroom even after you add a floor, insulation, and a finished ceiling.
Taller walls mean better shelving, equipment that fits, and a space that does not feel cramped.
One 40ft holds roughly double a 20ft, so you place fewer containers for the same amount of space.
Machinery, high-stacked pallets, and oversized gear fit where they would not in a standard-height container.
The 40ft high cube is where the most ambitious container projects happen. The length gives you room for more than one area, and the extra height makes insulation and a finished interior comfortable instead of tight. We handle the buildout in-house on a container you buy from us:
We can take it as far as your plans go. See the complete list on our Custom Modifications page.
The 40ft high cube comes new or used. New units are the usual starting point for homes, offices, and finished builds, while used units give you the same space for less on storage and rugged work space. Our New Containers and Used Containers pages cover the differences in detail.
The same three door setups are available in the 40ft high cube, which matters even more at this length where reaching the far end can be a chore.
Cargo doors on both ends. In a 40ft this is a real convenience, since it lets you load or unload from whichever end is closer and reach the middle from both directions instead of walking the full length.
A full-length side opening down one wall. On a 40ft that is a lot of open access, perfect for equipment, palletized goods, and any load that is easier to place from the side than through the end doors.
A 40ft high cube needs more room to deliver than a 20ft. Plan for a long, straight, level approach so the truck can slide it into place, plus enough overhead clearance for the taller unit. Our own drivers handle the placement, and we walk through the exact space and access with you before delivery day.
About double the floor space, around 320 square feet versus 160, plus an extra foot of height. If you are close to filling a 20ft or you plan to build inside the container, the 40ft high cube is usually the better value.
