FAQs

Can I really see the container before I buy it?

Yes. You can walk our West Jordan yard and inspect the exact unit you are buying. Walk-ins are welcome, and an appointment is even better so we can have the right containers ready. If you cannot visit, we will show you the container on a virtual appointment.

A new container, often called a one-trip, has made a single voyage from the factory and is in near-new condition. A used container is older and shows more wear, but is still wind and watertight. We will help you choose based on how you plan to use it and your budget.

Yes. Every container we sell is wind and watertight, and backed by our lifetime leak-free warranty. [confirm warranty terms]

We stock 20ft and 40ft high cube containers, in standard, double door, and open side configurations, in both new and used condition.

Do I need an appointment to visit the yard?

No, walk-ins are welcome during business hours (Monday to Friday, 8am to 4pm). We do recommend an appointment so we can have the right units staged for you.

Yes. Ask about a virtual appointment and we will walk you through the exact unit over video.

Who delivers my container?

Our own drivers, not a third-party hauler. They deliver and place your container carefully, right where you want it.

You will need a clear, level area and room for the delivery truck to maneuver. As a rule of thumb, plan for roughly [confirm] feet of straight clearance in line with where the container will sit. We will go over the exact requirements before delivery.

Timelines depend on the unit and your location. Tell us what you need and we will give you a realistic delivery window. [confirm typical lead time]

Do you rent containers, or only sell them?

Both. You can buy, rent, or use our rent-to-own option if buying outright is not the right fit today.

Your payments go toward owning the container over time. Ask us for the current terms and we will lay out the numbers. [confirm rent-to-own terms]

Do I need a permit to put a container on my property?

It depends on your city and how the container will be used. Many residential placements do not require one, but some do, especially for permanent setups. Check with your local city or county, and we are happy to point you in the right direction.

How much does a container cost?

Pricing depends on the size, condition, configuration, and delivery location. Tell us what you are looking for and we will send you a clear quote.

Where do you deliver?

We are based in West Jordan, Utah and deliver across Utah, plus Idaho, Wyoming, Nevada, and Colorado. [confirm out-of-state metros]
